1. Relationship Officer
- Loans - Two Wheeler, Four Wheeler, Personal, Electronics, GL, Home, Business etc.
- Insurance
- Investments - Mutual Funds & Security Brokerage services
- Other services: Asset management, wealth management, fixed deposits, and EMI networks
Duties & Responsibilities -
- Finding new customers
- Cross-selling
- Appraising gold loans
- Maintaining client relationships
- Maintaining registers and reports
- Cash management and accounting
- Direct marketing
Experience - Freshers & Experienced
Qualification - 12th, Graduate & above
Salary - 15k + Commission on business
2. Branch Manager
- Overseeing & Coordinating all operations of branch
- Directly responsible for hiring staff, onboarding and training new staff members, and developing goals to maintain sales performance
- Providing full leadership & direction to the team of employees in growing business.
Experience - 1 yr & above experience in same field
Qualification - Graduate & above
Salary - 20k - 50k per month
3. Deputy Area Manager
- Implementation of Credit Policy
- Continuous evaluation to insure adherence to the policy
- Market Research
- Feedback for new product launch
Salary - 50k - 60k per month
Experience - 2-.3 yr & above experience in same field
Qualification - Graduate & above
